A Hospital Management System is a web-based application designed to streamline hospital operations and improve patient care. Users can register and log in securely, manage their appointments, and maintain their medical history in one place. Doctors can view scheduled appointments and efficiently manage patient records. The admin panel allows administrators to manage users, doctors, patients, and appointments with full control. Enquiries from patients are tracked and handled centrally to ensure quick responses. The system also provides session monitoring for both doctors and patients. Overall, it reduces manual work, improves accuracy, and enhances communication across hospital departments
