The Patient Record Management System is a web-based healthcare application developed using PHP and MySQL to streamline hospital operations. The system includes separate modules for Admin, Doctor, Patient, and Staff with secure login access. Admin users can register and delete patients, doctors, staff, and hospitals within the system. Doctors can manage their profiles and handle consultation, surgery, and diagnosis records while searching for patient information efficiently. Patients can update their profiles and view their medical records anytime. Staff members can manage their profiles, view dosage records, and update patients’ medicine dosage details. This system ensures organized data storage, quick access, and improved healthcare management.
